Ioana Hintz / Managing Partner

Having already a strong advertising background and years of retail experience behind her, being one of the managing partners at Entrance, the most avant-garde multibrand concept store in Bucharest, Ioana is our anchor in terms of everything business and fashion-related.

Domnica Mărgescu / Managing Partner

Domnica is the acting Fashion Director for ELLE Romania for almost two decades now and has amassed during her tenure endless covers and editorials that reflect her trends savviness and styling experience. Her know-how is also palpable in the countless fashion campaigns, image consulting projects for the who's who of the Romanian entertainment industry and other styling projects for which she has put her magic touch on. APARTERRE is the next step for her, the place where all her know-how can be translated into bringing a modern and fresh styling aesthetic for all style-conscious individuals.

Marina Olteanu / Chief Operations Officer

Marina is not only Domnica’s sister, but the one that keeps everything together for us. She has worked at Leo Burnett in her early advertising years, more recently working as Project Manager for various movie festivals, including organising all editions of Les Films de Cannes à Bucarest.

Cristina Crăciun / Chief Visuals Officer

With a fashion background that expands over almost two decades, Cristina has been ELLE Romania's Fashion Editor for eleven years and has worked closely with Domnica during her entire career, making them also good friends. Besides her work at ELLE, Cristina is one of the most influential fashion editors in Ro, having covered styling projects that include advertising productions, music videos with the biggest artists in Ro and various brand campaigns.

Alex Necula / Online Sales Consultant

Alex is our guide in terms of all matters related to online sales and serves also as our Farfetch consultant. His years of retail experience as Store Manager at Entrance make him the perfect component to complete the APARTERRE team.

Oana Florea / Sales officer

Her background includes several years of experience as Showroom Manager for various Romanian designers, having an innate love for fashion and a keen eye for details. Oana also is our pulse on everything cool & hip that is happening around town, so don’t hesitate to ask her for tips.

Raluca Mihai / Sales Officer

A graduate of the Fashion and Design section of UNARTE and an award-winning designer, Raluca has a keen eye for details and textures, making her an excellent advisor in terms of styling and layering.

Cristiana Mandreș / Sales officer

After studying finance and banking in London, Cristiana decided to do a complete u-turn and pursue her love for fashion and luxury retail, currently blending her strategic finance knowledge with the creativity of fashion.

Alexandra Net / Online Sales officer

MaA bubbly spirit that we call Net, she has been with us almost from the beginning and is currently in charge of everything around our online Farfetch orders.ybe having graduated in Law, having a master’s degree in Criminology and Judiciary Psychology and also being a thetra healing therapist is why Andrada's mixology cocktails go straight to your heart.
